How do I lease a suite?
The leasing process is simple. Complete the application and submit a copy of your ID. The application processing time is approximately 72 hours. Once your application is approved, you’ll sign the lease, and keys will be provided on your move-in day.
Each suite includes cabinetry, a styling tray, a full-length mirror, adjustable LED lighting with a fan, and keyless entry. As a tenant, you’ll also enjoy access to a professional community of like-minded individuals, complimentary Wi-Fi, 24/7 security, weekly pest control, bi-monthly deep cleaning, on-site maintenance, a break room, a washing machine, and a vending machine for added convenience.
We offer flexible 6- and 12-month lease options.
Only select suites come equipped with water connections.
Yes, $99 for the first 2 weeks when you sign a 6-month lease. And $99 for the first 6 weeks when you commit to a 12-month lease.

Yes, the security deposit is equal to one week’s rent.

The majority of business should occur between 7am-11pm, but you will have 24/7 access to the salon.

We ask for a 30-day written advance notice to vacate. If you break your lease, you will forfeit your security deposit.
Yes, you can share a suite! We encourage collaboration and recommend it if it suits your business model. Note: Adding another practitioner increases weekly rent by $50 due to higher utility usage (electricity, gas, and water).
